You could also tell when it was from by looking at THE EXACT DATE in the postmark.

@iivxiv The No-Prize envelopes pictured were never postmarked. They were placed inside another envelope that was addressed and stamped. Most of the time, the outer envelopes were thrown out so when a No-Prize is found today (without its outer envelope) the only way to tell its age is the return address explained in the video. As an owner of two of these things, I appreciated the history of the no-prize--also, I had no idea these things actually had any value to them!

You own two! Did you purchase them or did you earn them by finding a mistake in the comics way back then? Yes, they are very sought after so keep them safe.

Yes, I received them from Marvel "back in the day." In fact, one was sent to me with my name on it and the post office stamped the envelope that the contents were missing! (The other one came in an outside envelope that I didn't keep!) Thanks for letting me know of their value.
