When i try to upload videos to youtube once i have exported them, when i click on the video as i am about to select to upload it, a dim light comes on my screen and says that i have to restart my computer. this happens on numerous occasions on my mac. do you have any idea what is going wrong? Thanks

very good macboy. i liked this one. very detailed and patiently explained. many videos out there are too quick or skip steps and dont explain some parts and just really annoying. this video is one of the best out there for screen flow... thatnks bro

I use 1280x720 HD and NOT HD 1280x720 16:9 as the 16:9 setting chops of the top and bottom of the video for some reason. I think it may have something to do with my 20" imac being 16:10 Doesnt always happen in screenflow but does in imovie.
