  • Cheers. My wife fell down on ski dislocated shoulder and this has helped.

  • waooo i just get save home by this VIDEO thanks DR. GOD BLESS YOU

  • dislocated my left shoulder a week ago, and a friend, who have dislocated his shoulder several times, poped it back in again. He made me stand up and relax the arm, he then pulled on it and, I guess, rotated it anticlockwise, it then poped back in. Im interested in figuring out how to do it myself, because I will probably dislocate it again. What u think?

  • my wifes tits are dislocated what do i do

  • I just put my shoulder back in place thanks to this video. Thanks a bunch!

  • i bet that guy is gay. look how he holds his dick the whole time

  • i have a problem with dislocating my shoulder. but there is no demage in my shoulder, and it happend because of my shoulderblade is is pushing to much forward and that makes it pop out because i cant use my shoulderblade as a pullback system. its when i lift my arm it is like the power falls off.. XD thats how it feels.

  • i should try this next time because i kno there will be a next time. i usually grab my foot and use my body to stretch the arm back in to place. tho i have had sever dislocation where my arm ended up in my rib cage, thats when i needed professional help

  • I use this method every time I dislocate, good times...

  • is this for an anteriorly or posteriorly dislocated shoulder?

  • @supertam3 That's my question too. It seems to aggravate the anterior dislocation..

  • i have a chronic dislocted left shoulder... when it pops out. i go up against a walll... left arm faceing n relax it ( arm down) it always pops back inn

  • In my personal case, this technique works well when i dislocate my right shoulder,i.e., all I have to do is raise my right foremarm to a 90º angle at the elbow or till it's parallel to ground and then rotate my rifght arm outwards (clockwise).

However, when i dislocate my left shoulder I have to stand up straight with my arms down and then rotate my left arm anticlockwise and slightly move it backwards -

in both cases it's important to relax the muscles (not an easy part in such situation)
