Not sure but I am guessing this was near 6th Street Festival Marketplace in Richmond VA, just up the Street from the Penny Lane Pub. I think they enjoyed VA and NY a lot. I know Richmond & Salem VA loved them.

Thank you for asking, this was the start of the summer of 1989. In June of that year I sold my 1957 Wurlitzer jukebox and took that cash and bought a GE VHS camcorder. One of the very best investments I ever made.
