Zaitokkai people actually are saying " shasatsu shiro" - "shoot to kill him" at 0:39 . I never ever can assume ordinary lay person uses these words. (Please note Most Japanese Police do not have a gun) Japan is extremely safe society in western standard.

顔を隠し隊列から離れて警官の制止を無視したら排除されるのは当たり前。一旦解放されたのに、警官に手を出したから逮捕は当然だよ。

@mrMars1999 この動画だけだと多数の警察が２人を囲んでデモの列からジリジリと離してるように見えるんです。この方、無抵抗で後ずさったあと、おーい、って感じで両手を上にあげて飛び跳ねてますが、それが「警察に手を出した」ことになるんでしょうか。厳しいですね。
