Brilliant I wanted clint eastwood to win better than the one made by the other guy

Clint is "Meaner than a rattler and twice as fast". So yeah this is exactly how it would go down!

The Duke could beat Clint at thumb wrestling though.

Clint Eastwood is by far superior to John Wayne. Clint plays much more realistic characters instead of that drab and bland "knight in shining armor" that John Wayne played to death. The fact that The Good, the Bad and the Ugly is ranked No.4 on the top 250 movies of all-time on IMDB and John Wayne's films are much less well-recieved only helps to prove my point. Clint is the ultimate badass, bar none.

@bender1011001 Thats not true. The fact is John Wayne wanted very much to make a movie with Clint Eastwood sort of pass the tourch. The problem was they could never find a script that didn't have one showing the other up. So no movie was ever made.

Clint just had the calm coolness about him. Wayne always looked as if he just finished eating a beef sandwich and had a burger in his pocket. I swear their is some blooper reel where Wayne pulls out a sandwich instead of his gun. LOL

@bender1011001 I heard the same thing. Eastwood wrote Wayne a letter about possibly starring in a movie together and John Wayne wrote back and criticized Eastwood about the style of the Westerns he appeared in (as you said) That's all I've heard. I'm curious myself as to what really happened. It would have been nice to have had them appear at least once together in a film
