@mcchillin2008 Please check the description of the video which will explain the footage, Its not an footage from normal camera but Terrain Mapping Camera(TMC). Movie is generated from Images taken by TMC.

Do an search on google for Terrain mapping camera which will make things more clear.

and fyi this mission didn't cost billions like NASA's does...it was only 87 million dollars...and India needs to do scientific research inorder to lift people out of poverty...it was launch of satellites that enabled them to highlight weather mapping and other technologies that helped farmers harvest their crops...what a loser u r....god..and they are spending money on poverty eradication...as their economy grows so will the amount allocated for poverty ....
