The 70/80cc is the 66.7cc engine. They do make a 49cc engine too.... The head is round on the 49cc and the 70/80cc is more square... Nice video!

@SPRUCEEY i DID build my own but traded it for a lawn tractor, this engine is still going after 1800km and i love it. seems chinese engines are pretty good, i even have 2 honda clones and they work well other than the exhaust breaking off. Search my videos for homemade gas bike.

The reason people say theres a 49cc is because the law only allows 50cc and under but in reality its 66cc. Do more research before you call someone a fuck wit

@30GB No YOU do more research. These engine kits are made at 48cc and 66cc. They advertise the 66 as an 80, not because of the lower crankcase (however the hell that works, it would equal double the actual displacement if they did), but because they also count the combustion chamber volume.

@frozenveinz1 no shit, you always have to measure the cc's of the combustion chamber when the piston is bdc thats how its always is even for car engines. Also the lower crank case is measured when the piston is at bdc so it counts total of 80cc. I already know this shit because I work on engines all day like industrial gas welders (opposed twin and v-twin) and 4 cyl diesel engines including my hobby.

mine came painted black so i dont see a problem unless you sprayed a real thick coat on or used paint that was not designed for heat,i was thinking maby motor block paint or barbicue grill paint would work well.

good news i sprayed some lube in the hole in te center of the sproket and left it alone over nite and put the cover back on and tried it today and its working now.Im verry satisfied ,its a shame i took it back off te bike frame,I should have just layed the bike on its side.Oh well I wanted to touch up the paint on the frame anyway.

@30GB no it wont affect the cooling by painting it mine is black and it doesn't ever over heat

i got a similar motor and my clutch is stuck too,Im just afrade to hit it,did that work for you?

@SuperWanderingshadow is it new? if so take the cover off and tap the clutch disk while holding the clutch down so it will pop off then later when you install the engine on the bike, getting the chain through the sprocket on the engine will be easier

Dude thats sweet i was looking in to a kit for my bike but my bikes frame uses bigger bars then normal. but should be easy to mod because its aluminum.

Cool! My mate has the 50cc version of this, but pretty much the same thing. It sucks how they can be poorly built sometimes.

Yeah my mates muffler is the same thing, but his is alot more rusted out now, we hit the center part with a screw driver a few times and it all fell apart lol.

@mattyvt93 yeah the quality is so bad lol but i fixed alot of things today after taking it apart and porting the ports and cleaning up the metal shavings and rust inside also modded the muffler too
