It's hard to judge especially since you're behind the speakers and you're not hearing the full sound. It sounds dull and bland but it's just the location/quality of the camera.

Also, you have to understand this is the FIRST time they played live ever. You're right, this is a poor representation of the song's quality live, but I'll just leave it that my camera wasn't designed for high definition audio or video.

I wasn't saying your camera was bad. It's far better then any camera I've ever owned. I just know from experience that any camera most people can afford can't capture the sound like setting up mics on each person would. The video quality is great and I thank you for sharing it. I think if you would have been in front of the band, it would have sounded a little bit better. It's hard for 1 little mic to pick up every aspect of a song's musical range.

tim should just shred acoustic, its like EVERYONE in a band has someone shred on electric and THAT gets old, tim himself is amazing, the things he does is unheard of sometimes, but on acoustic i was amazed because i had never seen a shredder on acoustic.

i noticed that too. ik on live trax 13 on so damn lucky it just sounds like hes just making noise. he can jam out like on cornbread. I walked out of the Omaha concert wishing they wouldve had some more drum sax of violin solo ( dare i was for jimi thing and a dave solo) instead of tim playing as much as he did. it was still a very good show with sugar will and a DT openner.

Dude, I've been to tons of shows since 1993. I love the band, more than any other i've ever seen or listened to, its jsut Tim isn't that original any more, and as great as the new track is.....I love it, but that little '80's solo was weak. Sorry.

I could dig that. He plays with feeling. He connects to the crowd. You can feel 30 years his performances like tides of emotion ebbing and flowing when he jams. You can feel his pain fighting to rise up and be heard, and when it finally breaks free; whatch out daddy!, you've arrived at that euphoric place that only a guy who plays for his life can take you to.

Tim on the other hand, he's reduced himself to making background noises, that give the song very little in terms of composition.

i was at this concert, this video doesnt do the crowd justice, it was really loud in there, and this song was incredible live, such a great song, and an incredible concert in general, that was my 10th Dave concert and I think it was my favorite one of the 10
