You should be careful showing people this. With the pressing into the joint, your mashig the proximal head of the tibia/fiba into the distal head of the femur. if someone has inflammation or a bone spur or something.. even arthritis, this would not be a good way. If you want to make sure the knee isnt being mashed, try putting a rolled up towel into the knee joint. That was there will be some space your and not mashing bone against bone in the knee.
