I have tried Ubuntu 3 times. I dont like it, The fan never went off. I never understand how Ubuntu worked :P

Got this laptop round about christmas its the perfect laptop, runs beautifully not too heavy and is great. I am glad I bought this over the Macbook pro they look nice but i dont like the weight of it, i was also considering a sony vaio but im glad i chose the IBM thinkpad.

hahaha i have the same exact lenovo, these things are awesome. havent upgraded yet, i hate the "widescreens" that are just 2' shaved off of the screens on theese... its stupid. i tried linux and macOS. in the end i liked my games so i stuck with a custom nlite of xp, its cool,check my videos if you wana see.

You can run Kalyway 10.4.10, it was the most compatible osx86 installer dvd release for me, its much better than 10.4.1 :).

@chillaxed007 thinkpads are actually pretty good computers. i bought mine at the suggestion of my computer geek friend who was basically running a webhosting company before we even got out of highschool. put some suse on that shit and you're good to go. also macs are pcs

but it would depend on what the specs of your pc compared to the specs of the macbook.
