San Francisco needs some serious renovation. There is no parking for people in the inner City. They have to ride Bay Area Rapid Transit. That is why we have to come up with a way to provide City Parking for the population because quality of life/pollution problems are every where. We need to build underground City Parking facilities. The City charges $2.00 a day for 10 hours. 5AM - 12AM. Off hours get towed. Save those 1 hour/ 2 hour spaces for people who need them.

Wow. I didn't believe him, but he is the parking master. I met David LaBua while parking on Fillmore last week. He was walking down the sidewalk looking at the meters. He schooled me in the art of parking in about 30 seconds. He said wrote a book about parking and was researching the neighborhood's parking patterns. I was blown away with his insight, but also with his sense of humor. I bought his book, and am now perhaps his biggest fan. He walks (and drives) his talk.
