  • When I first saw this episode I thought that The Hood died when he crashed his plane into the house.

  • So Scott and Virgil finally realised that the Hood may be the same person who was after their secrets and filmed them in previous episodes. Well I suppose it is quite easy to figure out because every time someone filmed them and destroyed their vehicle in a chase ... IR never bothered to actually check if that person was still alive after each crash ... so linking to all those missions, it has to be the same person - the Hood!

  • The Hood's always getting himself into a mess each time he succeeds in his plans and attempts to run away. LOL!

  • the seat in the yellow plane is the same as used in Thunderbird 4

  • the planes engine sounds like its disintegrating or tearing its self apart and the hood keeps making it work harder and harder like the sound of it though and the oil being drained (jet a) fuel leaking

  • 5:14 - I wonder what this knob does.

    Oops.

  • How do Scot and Vergil know that somebody has been after their secrets since the beginning?

The first time they were convinced they killed him and the second time they didn't even know he was there... unless... THEY ARE PSYKIC TOO!!!

  • How come the director doesn't recognize Scott when he shows up as a SFX man?

  • Okay, doesn't anyone find it weird that as International Rescue they didn't go and investigate if anyone in that (for them) unrelated house? :o Didn't they think of innocent bystanders? :o

  • ever noticed the Hood talks to himself?

  • someone call Roads Service, there appears to be a rockfall on the A2.

  • The Hood would kick ass in this era what with mobile phone camera's . He could sms the pics to General X.

  • way better than Stingray.

  • Looks like stealing that plane was the huge mistake of his life.

  • That plane is pretty roomy, for something like a Cesna.

  • The 6 episodes with The Hood range from the 'hide-behind-the-sofa' scary to the brilliantly funny

  • tb2 rockets are awesome!

  • Hood doesn't learn. If at first you don't succeed... PACK IT IN!

  • real nice exciting episode. thx again for uploading!

  • The voice of General X is much like Alan's but with a bit of a different accent!

  • @CharlotteC94 It is Alan. Matt Zimmerman, his voice artist, and all the other artists, would take turns at voicing the guest characters of the week.

  • Virgil just created a potentially hazardous situation by sending a ton of rubble onto a public road. Oh well, if anyone crashes they'll be there to rescue them I guess

  • 1:26 thunderbirds 6- virgil on a flying toilet

  • Scott sounds so epic "What ever disguise he wears we'll get him.. one day" the best ending of any thunderbirds episode :)

  • The Hood's central problem, really; he can come up with POTENTIALLY good plans, but he's not very good at improvising when things don't work out the way he projected they would...

  • that one day theyre talking about... is in Thunderbirds Are Go , the big 1,5 hour movie

  • It's kind of a shame they never had a dramatic showdown-to-the-death with the hood, like a climactic battle

  • 3:24 "You are? I thought you were Malaysian?"

  • @Bladerunner93 ìts not RUSSIAN its RUSHING the film to you now!

  • I love the way that the Hood's transition microphone can still pick up and transmit signals without any distortion, despite the fact that he's in a light aircraft 12,000 feet above the ground without any background noise.

  • I love it when the chimney wobbles when the plane hits. Excellent models! lol.

  • General X sounds chines,I like his charcter quite a bit!

  • Funny music at 4:59

  • As this episode is after Cry Wolf it is his last appearence in the series

  • That wa sonly when it was re-released on video and dvd

  • no in original broadcast order Cry Wolf was broadcast on 27 January 1966 episode number 18 and Martian Invasion was Broadcast 17 March 1966 Episode 24

  • Once again The Hood crashes his vehicle and destroys the stolen secrets, he ought to have kept a record of how many times this has happened LOL.

  • Yeah,that would b funny

  • @ultimateMacgregor He's a bit like Dick Dastardly, isn't he? xD

I never fail to crack up at that faulty plane/whacky music scene. It's the classic humourous side of Thunderbirds. :-D

  • Do planes really have a steering wheel? ;p

Good episode, thanks for posting it

  • scott and virgil really beat the hood in this one.

  • the Hood in faulty plane has to be one of the funniest things ive ever seen!

  • Yeah,I like the msic that they play during that scene

  • @IonicGell200 Damned straight! The music off of "Supercar" really suits it lol

  • @IonicGell200 u got that right another plan of the evil hood that has failed lol

  • @IonicGell200 I just uploaded the scene so that way you don't have to ramble around for this video in order to find something funny.

  • Thanks for posting this great show ! I used to watch it when I was a kid. Now, I am introducing my children to it ! They don't make shows like this anymore !

    Great family entertainment!
