Hi Mayen! I've been admiring your videos for quite some time and I want to thank you for your generosity and patience in explaining your techniques to us. Gosh Mayen. I don't know where to start You have an amazing eye for detail.

I love the characters. They are so awesome, they can strike like a hurricane. I also love the pumpkins--they look like those real mini pumpkins! So adorable.

Mayen I love your cakes! Your talent is awesome so you keep doing what you do and "let those haters be your motivators". If those folks were confidence in their own work there would be no need for those type of emails. Having an opinion is one thing but being outright nasty is another. Sharing your talents is very BIG on your part! Keep those videos coming! You should take those nasty emails as a compliment to your talent as you are apparently a threat to those so called professionals.

I have a great friend who has taken a bunch of classes at the Wilton Academy. She has answered any question I have ever had. She in turn has a neighbor who has been very instrumental in getting her cake business running. There is enough cakes to go around. Not everyone wants to make their own cakes. Enough people are willing to shell out for a big, expensive cake. If those people aren't getting enough business, they need to look at their product and not blame you. Keep up the amazing, Mayen.

I'm disapointed to here that you have recieved continouse hate mail. Shame of you people. Not all in this world can afford to buy a fancy cake. With these tutorials and other it helps ordinary and less well off people an opportunity to be able to create wonderful cakes for their loved ones.
