Actually this is a relatively clean nuclear bomb (which means that the radioactive fallout is much less than what could be expected from an explosion of such magnitude.) So it's not the radiation you should worry about. Besides, that thing was detonated in Siberia, in Novaya zemlya, which is very far from any populated territory even in Russia.
