  • Hi,I'm new to CRM and my boss wants me to fifure out how to customize contacts deviding them into categories etc. I'm trying to understand how this program works however it seems like I don't have many options which I see in your videos,for example when clicking onSettings --> Administration I have no System Settings and also I and don't have any option to customize and can't understand why? do I have to download some sort of plug-in after installation? Please help me out...

  • @maeveclare88 If you don't see those options, you're not in the right security role. Add yourself to System Administrators and/or System Customizers. I think the easiest way to group contacts would be to create a new field (Contact Type) and then create views/filters to be able to show the contacts in the groups you'd like. HOpe this helps.
