very nice flying. Beautiful landing (the first one). I've owned this plane for over a month now and still mustering up the courage for the maiden flight. Been flying a super cub which is super easy... the Stinson... not so much.

I just got myself a Stinson. Only two flights but really enjoying the flight charateristics. Have a Parkzone P51 also which is just a little intense to fly with my flight skills.
Which battery are you running in this video? I have used the Turnigy 1800 20-30c

I just got mine yesterday, put it together last night, bound my JR X9303 to it, but it's just way to windy today to fly it (20 mph sustained, gusting to 25) --- bummer. Thanks again for the great vid! I like warbirds best, but this model is just too cool - great looking plane!
Bert... Ich habe Mir die Cessna als Wohlfühlflieger gekauft..... aber die Stinson ist auch ein schöner Flieger... Habe bald kein Platz mehr für all meine Flugzeuge... Ist wie eine Sucht.... Ich könnte 50 haben aber es ist kein Platz mehr da. Es könnte ja mal was abstürtzen, aber unsere Flugerfahrung werden immer besser. Was machen deine Trojans? Gruss Peter.

I bought this plane 2 weeks ago... Did the flap mod in the hobby store... all it cost me was letting the Hobby Store employee maiden the bird. She flys great.. Motor is a beast. PLenty of power. Got impatient and flew it on a windy day and crashed it pretty badly. Tube of CA and some activator and she was back in business in an hour. Gorgeous plane and a blast to fly.
Your video and flying is a work of art! The black & white video section with golden age music is a very nice touch. That's a beautiful putting green grass airstrip you have there, good for you!
I love it, to fly this plane in a scale manner. The drive set is perfect out of the box to fly scale with mild acrobatics. For me it´s great, that I could take off and land on grass.
Just WOW! I love this plane she is a beauty!.The plane looks to fly strong and with some authority,it will probably be my next purchase and put my beat up super cub into retirement. great vid loved thee ole school scenes!

High-wing planes are always a good choice for a first plane. I think this plane is no exception :) It seems really stable even in windy conditions.
