Thanks Lori..and same to you. I remember you Eckhart Tolle vid from way back ;) Visuals were ripped from "The Illuminated Chakras" ( rough check it out you'll like it ) - and I just layered them over my vid. Some of the initial "streaky" stuff is done by waving my camera around on slow shutter in a dark basement with a bit of rope lighting on. Hope that helps!
