Please explain to me what everyone has against sins? They are an effective way of solo spiking and usually killing within seconds. Granted there are people that don't know how to kite etc, but really?

Me and my friend made Game Hour and it ends today. We give away great festival prizes and we might make a wintersday one too. And about the costume brawl that is so true i had to go through ten teams to find someone who wasnt a leecher or a noob.

Lol im pretty pro there, at commanding my team, lost the first game 5 times only and ive sold 10 ToT stacks =50k each=500k and made about 300k from the zee keys and i usually make 1m roudn christmas =D max consecs is 43

no kidding. I had a team on the map w/ 3 shrines & we were up by 5 & had the middle & the idiots went off trying to cap the other shrines & we lost. now I don't pretend to be a pro pvper but I can hold my own & got the hang of things by my 2nd or 3rd match. even for those of you who suck, at least pay attention & learn the strategy & try not to get mobbed. study ur build before the match! I've only tried derv & sin so far. lol 1/2 my teams get 3-4 sins now & pwn as long as targets are called.

Hmmlronic you did a great job describing the classes, but there's one I can't agree with (probably because I play that class) it's necro. I played a necro for 4 years and I have to say it's a very good class, in CB I kill sins, dervs, warriors no problem. In the necro build there's lots of good things, you can heal yourself and there's a nice offence combo. But yea necros are horrible against mesmers :P

Tips: Sins make sure you watch your back. As the best spiker in CB you'll be a prime target. Now to counter sins you simply remove the crippling. Their first move will always be PS so just hit your condition removal/stance, Mezmers after you see PS used hit Signet of Clumsiness and rupt Falling Ox its easy and will save you. Warcry is one of( if not the-) most important post. Monks can make or break a team, using correct skills. Good Luck

Costume Brawl my opinions

Warrior="go to" guy watch out for blind however

Assassin=easy to spike with and manage however EVERY class has a counter to their build (though some dont know it)

Ranger=I personaly havent played it in CB but from what Ive seen their not as good as other classes

Paragon=Good damage, IMS, Ranged weapon. In my opinion better than the ranger in CB

Ele=again havent played it yet. Mezmer/rangers will rupt you and sins/rangers/paras can remove your blind

Mesmer=Degen spike your oponets and remember to maintain energy. (I'll give tips on rupts later)

Dervish=Again havent played them(I know Im bad at this) I dont see many dervs play regardless. Perhap that says something?

Ritualist=I love Rts but in all honesty just play monk. Rts may do more damage than monks but in a game where your running from post to post, skills that are tied to spirts can be a bother.

Monks=So-so. RoJ can be huge on spikes and RoJ+Bane sig can be a nice solo spike aswell

Necromancer=Sorry havent played this one either but from a defense stand point there hexes/degen didnt do anything to slow me down let alone kill me in any of the classes Ive played. Mesmers have them beat in my opinion.

I was Warrior and I went with 2 guys, Ranger and Mage1, the other mage2 came later. I engaged another warrior and the 2 guys were supposed to back me up. They f*cking ran and didnt even tell me. There were no other enemies around. WTF? Later on, I was swarmed by 3 and I died. Good try i told myself. Mage1 f*cking tells me not to do die 2 much or we lose. WTF??? In the end mage2 coordinated our defense. We lost I knew, but damn, those 2 were retards!!!

I think all builds without the monks one are good, simply because they made them all perfectly balanced. but this monk build... grrr what a shit. assa build is ok, shadowstep,cripple, damage combo and condition remove, what do you want more?

Bad teams... Uh, I don't think I could rant as much as you did but I share the rage.

I actually battled you a couple of times on your ele, both results contrasted the nature of the game.

Sins are mostly predictable idiots though, if you see palm strike, remove condition and they're boned. Also it's stupidly easy to savage shot/sig of clumsiness trampling ox too.

... Seems I have ranted a bit, oh well. Looking forward to part 2!
