the magnet on top keeps it stable and the current going thought the magnet and back through the battier makes a magnetic field which spins the screw and magnets

basically get a magnet with something point to spin on balance it with another magnet and pour power though it and it will spin... if you did it right

Well if i were you i would start out a little simpler. I would get a magnet and battery and put the mag on the bottom of the AA battery and then ask your mom or dad to bend some wire in a shape that touches the top AND bottom you can see that in some other videos... Hope i could help :)
