Pretty much all sports, like football most played sport use urine testing and urine testing is extremely decent way of testing. I think general opinion is that Floyd is scared of Manny and aware of his phobia.

Now I'm not saying that I'm 100% sure that Mayweather is trying to duck Manny, but I do believe that if Floyd was faced with a less daunting task then Pacquiao the fight would have been sorted by now, phobia or no phobia.
@lbpmrb Looking at Mayweather's record he has fought some quite decent opponents, Castillo, Hatton, Gatti, a declining DLH, a declining Marquez and a declining Mosley - which of these fighters exploited speed: you would say Mosley and Castillo in particular. Now Mosley was 38, he was NOT shot still a lot to handle, and Castillo gave Mayweather some very close fights.
But none of these have half the speed of Manny, I don't think Floyd would have ever faced a fighter of half of Manny's quality.

I'm a Pac fan 100% but this video sends chills down my spine. Manny does well with fighters who press forward since Manny's southpaw stance, speed and power will defeat anybody who chooses to slug, so long as the weight difference is negligible. But when faced against fighters who can back-pedal, surgical counter punchers, and crafty defenses, Manny can be slowed down to a halt. I hope his southpaw stance will trouble Floyd, but Floyd has the edge for damn sure.... No way Manny has the edge.

@lbpmrb He has a phobia of injections - he has agreed to take an intravenus test 14 days before the fight, and also immediately after the fight, but he doesn't want to take one in the final few weeks to disrupt the final preparations. Pretty much all sports, like football most played sport use urine testing and urine testing is extremely decent way of testing. I think general opinion is that Floyd is scared of Manny and aware of his phobia.

@lbpmrb Most played sport - Football, or soccer to you, which uses urine testing is what I was meaning to say. Also by phobia of injecting I did mean a blood test, and it is not uncommon for a person to be phobic over the idea of an extraction of blood instead of say a vaccine or a tattoo - Manny is quoted in saying how he cannot handle that feeling of being weaker after a blood test.

@lbpmrb Mayweather has only wanted to impose these blood tests right up until the fight since fighting Manny, he had to remain consistent and carry them out with Mosley or else it would be obvious that he was just trying to duck Manny. Now I'm not saying that I'm 100% sure that Mayweather is trying to duck Manny, but I do believe that if Floyd was faced with a less daunting task then Pacquiao the fight would have been sorted by now, phobia or no phobia.

@lbpmrb Looking at Mayweather's record he has fought some quite decent opponents, Castillo, Hatton, Gatti, a declining DLH, a declining Marquez and a declining Mosley - which of these fighters exploited speed: you would say Mosley and Castillo in particular. Now Mosley was 38, he was NOT shot still a lot to handle, and Castillo gave Mayweather some very close fights.
But none of these have half the speed of Manny, I don't think Floyd would have ever faced a fighter of half of Manny's quality.

@Adebay0r Look at Manny's record and I couldn't take a boxing critic seriously if they do not believe that Manny's record is far superior and challenging compared to Floyd's. Morales (better then anyone Floyd's faced), prime Marquez (albeit I think got the better of Manny), Berrera, Clottey (who I think is very underrated), Cotto (who many people thought Floyd ducked) - if they both retired now I garantee that Ring Mag will rate Manny higher. 100% sure that they would. He will fight anyone

@Adebay0r look at manny's record a lil closer. his first 20pro fights where against bums. people with alot of losses and few wins. he didn't start fighting world class until after 20+ fights. floyd on the other hand started fighting real comp after 10 fights . people with records with 40-3 etc.. floyd was world champ after 1 year. manny didn't fight amateur so he learned on the job. it took manny 6years to become champ. floyd 1 and he was only 21

I'm a Pac fan 100% but this video sends chills down my spine. Manny does well with fighters who press forward since Manny's southpaw stance, speed and power will defeat anybody who chooses to slug, so long as the weight difference is negligible. But when faced against fighters who can back-pedal, surgical counter punchers, and crafty defenses, Manny can be slowed down to a halt. I hope his southpaw stance will trouble Floyd, but Floyd has the edge for damn sure.... No way Manny has the edge.
