I make mine every day with 1 cup frozen blueberries, 1/2 banana, 3 cups fresh spinach, and 1 cup of soy milk. I also throw in some protein powder (I prefer that protein derived from peas). It is great. I recommend the blueberries due to their low calories and high antioxidants and vitamins...goes well with the spinach.

When you juice anything you have an abnormal food, juice is good BUT juice too fast into your system isn't good. too much sugar too fast makes your pancreas have to work too much to produce insulin to slow down the sugar rush....fiber keeps it slow and longer lasting. so fiber is good...eat the whole fruit or veg...blending is good as it keeps everything together....

Correction - I had a difficult time drinking the living skake because I put too much spinach and broccoli in it. I made one with less ingrediants today and it was drinkable but it wasn't as potent as the juice i got from the juicer.

Distill a gallon of tap/mineral water and you'll be amazed at the disgusting crud left in the bottom of the distiller. I distill water and re-mineralize with minerals that have traveled through the root of a plant.
I just started eating spinach this year, but then quit after reading that it has very high concentrations of oxalate, which is known to cause kidney stones. I had my first kidney stone last year. I love spinach and the health benefits it provides, but can't take a chance on that nasty oxalate anymore. Now I substitute red cabbage in my shakes. Anybody else in the same situation? Any advice?

Addendum to my previous comment: I should have made it more clear that people who are prone to kidney stones are advised by doctors to avoid spinach because of its high oxalate content. Oxalate is one of the minerals that bonds to form the stones. I am no doctor, but I didn't want to imply that spinach is bad for ordinary people who do not have a history of kidney stones. This is what I put in a Vitamix blende:
1 1/4 cup of water, Cantelope, Pomegranite juice, Apple, Orange
Grapes, Carrot, Broccoli, Cabbage,
Tomato, Blueberries, Strawberries,
2 scoops of Protein Powder
Salad, Flax seed oil
Take 1/2 and save for the next day.
