The back story,according to links on LiveLeak,the guy in the white T shirt is mentally handicapped and has the understanding of a child, and apparently approaches people on the street to comment/make conversation about things like "nice sneakers,where did you get them,how much did you pay for them?" etc, then asks for change, he's totally harmless and the cop trying to protect him knew this/him.
A real bad cop is Mass State Trooper John R McNeil, 90 7Star Rd, Groveland Ma01834, (978)521-8945, husband of Susan McNeil. He strikes handcuffed defenseless detainees in the head with his open palm until their body convulses. Then he charges the detainee with assault and battery. In his police report he states 'the victim was emotional and his legs were flailing'. Give him a call and let him know that you know what a piece of shit he is.
@stormranger6 This is pretty much how policing works in any other countries. I can see this happening in say a "polite society" country, like Japan. Few village gramps would curse at the cop and order youngsters watching this to pull the cop off. The youngster would obey & carry out the order and also put a sock in the loud mouth's mouth. Than the cop would bow his head and appologize to the citizens for being disorderly and dishonering his famiry. That's how it should work!!

The Good cop should be commeded and the "bad" cop reprimanded. Although from tVideo we cant tell if the man actually is a criminal or has a record, you must take in account that whatever he did or is accused of , one cop sees the actions of another cop as improper, so this would lead me to beleive that he may not have been a total asshole criminal worthy of this abuse.
