I have this hack and it's pretty neat and cheating cheapness in all its glory, while playing two players or against the CPU. Ryu also has an alternate red color, also Blanka and Sagat have alternate colors as well, but I don't know about the other characters though.

I remember back in the day playing this in the arcade. The version I played, Ryu and Ken could throw out two fireballs and they criss-crossed each other. the jab one was at fierce speed and the fierce was at "Godspeed". LMAO!!! Nad every character could throw a jab firball simple by pressing the jab button. Guile's Sonic Boom shot out diagonal making it hard to jump over. This was also the time some grown ass man wanted to beat my ass for what he called "cheating". LMAO!!!

i have the accelerated edition of this, with mame cheats you can do the same stuff, I cant find accelerated edition part one where the fieballs move up and down and stuff just part 2 version. I got videos showing the game with mame cheats used.
