For everyone still replying to this video. Do not get in the habit of staging your trigger at the firing range. This will get you killed if you ever need to use it in a self defense situation. Fire the gun the way it will be fired in a real life situation If you can't, then get a different gun for CCW.
That is fine but if u have to defend yourself you can't do that and the way you will have to shoot you said you can't hit the broad side of a barn. Practice the way it will be used in real life!
WORKING ON AVIDEO TO SHOW HOW TO LITEN UP THAT TRIGER PULL I GOT THE P-11 9 MM FOR MY WIFE AND SHE COULD NOT SHOOT IT NOW SHE HAS NO PROBLEM WITH IT AND IT'S VERY EZZZZY TO DO SORRY CAN'T SPELL WOTH NOTHING
YEA I GOT MY WIFE THE P-11 9MM WITHOUT DOING ANY KIND OF RESEARCH LIKE A DUMBA@# AND SHE CAN HARDLEY SHOOT IT WITH THAT 0LB TRIGGER PULL BUT I WILL POST A VIDEO SOMETIME SOON ON HOW TO FIX THAT PROBLM

Thinking about one of these for summer carry. That trigger technique is fairly common for any double action, or psudo double-action (Glock, for example). In fact, that is exactly how I run my G23. I'm so used to doing that I actually have to take a mental step back and think about what I am doing when shooting a 1911.
That's great advice. I own a PF9, which operates the same way, and doing this helps ALOT with the mile long trigger pull. Also, as a side note, anyone who carries one of these "pocket pistols" should look into a thing called the ClipDraw. I spent about $150 on several holsters looking for a really discreet way to carry, and that is the slolution. Its about $20, and worth every dime. I should make a vid of it...it's brilliantly simple and effective.
This pistol is Not a target pistol! This pistol is for self defence and as far as that goes its not made for comfort .......comfort is for underwear not pocket pistols.....lolol
No offense, but can you point any of us to a handgun that is more comfortable to carry than this one? I daily carry an XD45 and that's often uncomfortable, but this thing I often forget I even HAVE. Again no offense but this is ONE COMFY HANDGUN to carry.
I have a problem with mine- with each trigger pull, the side of my trigger finger (where fingernail meets nail bed) gets pinched between trigger and guard, after 20 shots or so it gets unbearable. Has anyone else experienced this? Would trimming off the end of trigger fix this??
Does polishing the feed ramp take care of feeding problems as everyone says? When I go to chamber a round, the slide sticks back and I have to give it a push to seat the round. Just wondering if you know of a good way to get this problem figured out. I've tried a few different kinds of ammo hollow points and FMJ and it does it with all of them.
Yes it does wonders, just dont go crazy with it. I had the same issue. Check my other video on reliability, but basically you need to polish the feed ramp and I also did the entire barrel. I used Wizards polishing cloth to do mine.
I say leave it alone... and shoot it. I own 3 Kel-Tecs, a P-32, a PF-9 and a P-3at. The two little ones were both the same in this regard. Shoot 100+ rounds through them and they're 100% reliable. Yes, I do mean 100% reliable.
You have your guns...Now, do the smart thing and fight to defend your right to own them. Join, NRA-ILA, JPFO, GOA etc. Write your reps. Tell them NO MORE GUn COntrol/ attacks on our Constitution! Urge them to draft a State Soverighnty Bill (20 states have already) Check: The Obama Deception and listen to Naomi Wolf talk about her new book: Give Me Liberty. Wake up or we are finished!
I don't know if it was due to the fact that you were holding the camera with one hand and the pistol with the other, but I noticed that you're allowing your trigger finger to engage the trigger at the first knuckle. I don't know if that's how you normally shoot, but if it is, you may want to try pulling the trigger with the pad of your finger (halfway between tip and knuckle). You'll get a much cleaner trigger pull.
@macguyinnc The trigger is actually BEHIND his knuckle because his index finger is too long for the pad or the knuckle to maintain contact through the entire trigger cycle without hyperextending his metacarpophalangeal joint and hyperflexing his proximal interphalangeal joint. It's a common problem with these tiny autos.By the way, proper DA trigger technique is to contact the trigger just in front of the knuckle and just behind the center of the finger pad.Using the pad is for SA triggers.
Thanks for a great video! Would you PLEASE do a video on how to properly oil the
Kel-tec P3AT once broken down and then reassemble it? I have read a lot about the P3AT that staes that it must be kept well oiled in order to work well! Thanks for considering!
Cool video; a Kel-Tec P32 was my first piece, and is likely going to be my preferred gun for CC (since I'm female). I figured out this little trick a while ago, although the trigger pull still feels a little odd. I'm going to be looking for a new grip online to make it a little more comfy to shoot. Thanks for posting! Any other tips would be welcome. :)
Really it is a great piece especially for concealed carry. Its amazingly accurate for what it is. The blueing is pretty thin thats why I did the Duracoat. Thanks
well its in my hands.. I like the way it feels and fits in my front pocket. What would you charge me to do the duracoat on the grip in a od green and the slide in a desert tan?i know we would have to use a ffl dealer to ship the gun back and fourthbut that would be not problem on my end.
I would love to but I do not have quick access to an ffl, and my schedule does not permit. Your best bet is to jump on ebay and grab the aerosol cans in the colors you want about $25 a piece then follow my videos, let me know if you have other ?S
Make sure you get the aerosol cans unless you have your own paint gun. This will make it very easy to do. It will take you a few hours or so. The biggest cost is the paint itself.

Only problem is you can't shoot that way for self-defence. You should train how you fight.
