when I tried the carrot cake recipe as instructed by you, the cake came out delicious in taste but it falls apart, I mean when i try to cut them it kind of fall apart.
What could be cause of it? I used 1 tablespoon flaxseed powder(i grounded whole flax seed in my mixer).
It is common that your cake might fall apart since there is no egg and so binding is little poor but I am still working on that so when I show next recipe, you will get more ideas. Enjoy!

Just buy cake flour that doesn't have dry egg or other form of egg and follow my eggless chocolate cup cake recipe and you will definately love it. The main thing with scratch is you can control how much sugar you want to add b/c ready pack has lot of sugar in it. Enjoy!!

I always read ingredients before buying since my in-law don't eat. I never found dry egg on this particular ready cake mix. Recently even I bought Swan cake mix and it worked great for me no dry eggs or any other non-veg ingredients...so I think you might want to check out again

Thanx for belated bday wish. I usually don't invest money in fancy things. Use whatever i have available in my kitchen. Those cooking racks are actully for baking my indian bread. One got from walmart and the onter one got from india. Enjoy

Thank you from mom. I rarely make icings at home. But now you inspired me to do at home. I usaually buy icings only and do coloring and make cones at home. So that way I don't have to spend lot of money. I keep all the food color and if I want particular color then mix colors. The next video for icing ideas will give you more tips. Keep enjoying
would you happen to have GLUTEN- FREE veggie dishes? Many of my patients and my family have gluten problems. (i'm a doctor of chiropractic) . My patients will be helped very often by stopping meat consumption, at least for a period. Some may do better by being completely meatless. Good menu selections would help. tj
