There is a really easy way to get grim just do the testingcheatsenabled true cheat then make all your sims leave except for the one you want to kill then hold down shift on the mail box and heighten it's mood then do shift again and lower its mood wait to it starves then when grim comes hold down shift and click on grim and click add to household

u can get grim by presing C+shif+ctrl,type testingcheatsenabled true pres enter and then u can adjust the relationships with any sims on ur lot

You can do that another way, even easier: You type in the code bar testingCheatsEnabled true, then click with shift on a ghost and then add to familie. Then let someone die in your familie, so that the Grim Reaper comes. Do the same thing with him (click with shift on the grim and then add to familie), and then make sure they love each other (by dragging the "love" bar by your friends at full (that only works if you typed the code (testingCheatsEnabled true) in the code bar)) And make a baby! :D
