Actually, Spencer Krug is in like 3 other bands 2 of which released CD's since apologies to queen mary. Check out Frog Eyes, Destroyer, Swan Lake and Sunset Rubdown. Destroyer is an off shoot from Swan Lake, but all bands are good.

whatever, right? everyone should have their own opinion. yeah, i totally agree, wolf parade is an acquired taste. the lyrics aren't all that intelligible, but i personally like the 'malleability' of such songs--i can make out some words and attach my own meaning to them. i think i connect more with the rawness of the band's sound and performance--they're not playing up to the crowd. i don't think anyone even made eye contact w/ the crowd haha. this band is unique.
