I found jack frost in under 20 min. and finished the quest in 5 min.

i have found out ( with help from my friends) that if 2 people get an imp with the same name, jack frost is in the same place for them both. I have jack frost locations for:

Charlie: near the dark wizards just south of Varrock

Murray: In the south-east of Falador

Norris: South of port sarim

These are the only ones that me and my 7 friends got. Very odd indeed...
