Ensign makes a good closing remark. What this "fight" is about is the seperation of powers. Yes, there have been Czars on both sides of the isle since the coining of the term during the Eisenhower years, as there has been 5 democratic and 5 republican administrations so its a draw

The point is: All the people entrusted with the welfare of the american people are screened to a certain degree. Congressman have to be elected and cabinet members have to be vetted.
