No it's about a poor(ish) girl who looks like a guy. She attends a private high school {Ouran High} (which is full of rich people) on a scholarship. She breaks an 8,000,000 yen vase which belongs to a host club and has to pay for it by working there as a guy host. It's a comedy... but you could class it as a romcom. It's a shoujo manga/anime.

The twins are just doing it for show really xD It's Ouran high school host club. It's about a host club of a REALLY rich school. Haruhi is a normal student who got a scholarship to the school (ouran) of rich students.  Haruhi, a poor student, is pretty much forced to join the club because she broke a vase of the club's. Soon Haruhi becomes a host, but what's funny is that the members didn't notice that haruhi was actually a girl.

I really suggest watching it! It's really funny.
