The transitions between movements are a little harsh. Maybe smooth out the keyframes by adjusting the curves. Unless the rigid movement is the style you are going for.

yeah good point actually there are some well jerky bits, but for a prat about i was happy with it.

yeah i've just uploaded a video of how i did it, it runs through it very very quick so you might need to watch it more then once lol...hope it helps you dude!!
