ang bandila ng Pilipinas na nasa entablado ay baliktad. Section 10 of RA 8491 states that when the flag is displayed on a wall during peacetime, the blue field is to the observers' left.

it's not really peacetime...plus the flag's in the US, so Philippine resolutions aren't taken into effect. But we'll keep that rule in mind next time we're in the Philippines.

ano ang ibig mong sabihin ng "it's not really peacetime"? ang ibig mong sabihin nasa ilalim ng stste of war ang pilipinas? with the blue and red stripes switched it indicate a state of war.during the WWII The Commonwealth government-in-exile in Washington DC had flown the flag with the red stripe up since the initial invasion of the Japanese.
