When my grandpa was sick in the hospital, I'd listen to this song when I would stay home when my mom would go visit him. (I wasn't allowed to go into the ICU, I was to young.) I would just be sobbing on my bed because he would "be in my heart" after 40 days in the hospital he passed away.
