It is plainly obvious. He drove over the fence. It essentially flattened/laid down due to force and then popped right back up. I've seen that happen before in daylight several times over the years. That's why the fence is shaking at first. (What, did you think the fence was scared?) If this video was in broad daylight, you'd just go, "Oh, cool." P.S. We can't see if the "ghost" car sustained any damage, since it drove off with its lights off. Get a life, people!

Physically impossible. Just use a little scientific knowledge. Cars are at least 5'-6' tall. That fence was no more than 6' The car then would HAVE to snap the entire fence over to go through it. Let's assume for a second that it WAS shorter than the top of the fence: The fence would have had to been designed specifically with very well improved posts and upper connectors in order NOT to fly apart to the ground.

I just saw this on TV, the cop said a few of the fastenings were missing on the bottom of the fence, they recreated it, and the exact same thing happened, the car drove through the fence and the fence stopped moving in same timing as the cop car getting to the fence with the same distance.

Chain link fences are notorious for wavering (ever tired to climb over one?); you can hit one and see the links move in waves between the posts but this one does not. Also, that's a low riding car, not an SUV. If he drove over the fence then part of it would have torn up the underside of his car.

This is fake unless there are official documents provided about this chase. Also, from the point of you that the video provides the fence could end off to the side and the car just drove around it and tore off ahead so it looks like it "went through it" The police car was rather slow when this happened to turn and follow after him as well. If this was aimed to make me a believer then they should have shown a picture of what that fence looks like during the day and there's no way to drive around.

The car is out of site when it goes around the fence and then by having the cop go right at the fence, it gives the illustion that that is the exact direction the other car went. If you look to the right of the poll there is no fence there. The car went past the fence about five feet to the right.

Also, at their 37:38 mark it suddenly jumps to 37:53 giving the illusion that they are still right behind the car but at the 37:57 mark we see the car again but it's now several hundred feet away. TheCatIsDry is correct. I've built many chainlink fences and unless you have a wire or pole at the bottom to secure it you can lift them up and go under. You see dogs and kids trespassing/ taking shortcuts do it all the time. If you look you can see the top pole is hanging down on the left side and the fence looks stretched. I don't agree with the "around the fence" theory you've came up with. But I don't think it's a " ghost car" either. You can clearly see the car "go through" the fence.

I bet if they ever found that car, it'd have scratches all over it. I believe that it went under the fence. You can also clearly see that the poles are faced towards the police car, if the police car were to keep going at a fast speed, it would lift the bottom of the fence up, and " go through" it as well.
