It sounds like the original Johnny Kidd and the Pirates version. Frederick Heath, a.k.a. Johnny Kidd, wrote "Shakin' All Over" and it was a big hit for the band when it was first released in 1960.
I really like the Van Morrison cover here on YouTube, he sounds great!
