Have anyone noticed that Nokia 5800 XM's audio is a bit too silent?

I mean I had a 6200 or something like that, and the audio there was much louder, now even if you put a max sound, with expensive headphones, it still is kinda silent...

If anyone knows if there is a solution, plz reply...

Umm over here where I'm from, I believe the phone is perfect considering its price, it has wifi , nHD screen , ummm gps , symbian os ...etc pretty cheap price for its features, if u ask me, the only downside is the camera (not that good) , other than that? its a perfect music phone =)

my only problem with the earpiece is that when I insert it in, it doesn't go all the way down and I am only able to hear one side on the earphones, if I want to hear both sides I have to keep pressing it down, would this procedure fix it?

Sorry bro but this video is just for the internal earpiece , as for the earphones try using another set of earphones hopefully the port(jack) is not broken and its just earphones

reboot ur phone (turn it off and then on again) if that doesn't help, ummm first backup ur stuff and restore ur phone to its factory thingy, if that doesn't help ummm make sure ur phone is updated to the last firmware , cause old one's got bugs, ummm if none of those methods helped, or if you don't wanna try any of them just take it to ur nearest nokia care center =)

but it was really hard to open the phone.

you should start openning the phone from the bottom side. becuase the cables for touch pad are on upper side.

to be honest? if you're looking for good build quality go for the Sony Ericsson , but if you are looking for more features like A-GPS , Symbian OS ...etc go for the Nokia5800, and if u're patient maybe you should wait for the N97 which won't be as low priced as the 5800 but it'll have for sure better build quality and much more features =)

no , because the phone itself has one of the fastest nokia processors , as long as it's up2date don't worry about speed, and the usual hangs are common in smart phones =P, but I've had this phone for like 6 months now and it's amazing, the only downside is the camera, its not that good , but hey if you compare what you're getting for the price of this phone? its worth it ;-) , even buying it unlocked won't cost much , i dunno why you're going for a plan =P

yah notice that the front cover should still be connected to the phone even when you remove it because the touchscreen is attatched to it and there is this thin wire between the fron cover and the phone itself , so becareful there. and also becareful while bending those two because they could be easily broken

the first time i tried just pulling them up ,without bending them out of the center but later on the same problem reoccurred so I had pull the contacts out of the center and now everything's working just fine =)
