I unfortunately got addicted to meth at 18, im 19, and its still my shadow..... my sad shadow.... Not only am I addicted to that. Im addicted to high doses of opiates and benzos, weed, and cigs, and dont forget alcohol... :\ jesus i need rehab.

@wwaallttzz I'm really sorry to hear this. My cousin was addicted to meth for 2.5 years. He managed to kick the habit himself, but he's just not the same as his short-term memory is terrible. He still smokes cigarettes like there's no tomorrow also. Having some close friends really helped him through it.

I have seen alcohol, cocaine and heroin destroy the lives of a few old friends of mine. I have also seen a couple of them recover from it.

I have seen meth simply suck the soul out of friends of mine. I have seen it rot their bodies and minds. I have never seen anyone recover from meth. A year ago I thought I had seen one old friend of mine shake that monkey but he relapsed, lost his job, killed his dad and stepmom and committed "suicide-by-cop" in front of his grandmother's retirement home.
