hey...i actually couldnt wash my hair when i had these in cos the hair is synthetic (so didnt want any unwanted accidents ) lol but maybe you can...im not too sure...but i just tie it up and sleep in a headscarf and in the morning i use olive oil sheen spray on it ...and thats it =)

I'm guessing you did the method where you twisted at the root, not braiding at first, right? If so, did you have trouble with them slipping out or loosening on you? How long did you keep them in?

i didnt do it myself...i got it dne but she did braid it b4 she started twisting..... wen she finished she dipped them in hot water and that kept it in...i had it in 4 like 2 months =)
