Simon really missed something here. I would have loved to see his face, and hear his comments. He appreciates talent, and I'm sure Louie felt honored to have set-in for Chloe's performance. What a total, beautiful surprise. This far surpasses Paul Potts, Susan Boyles auditions for me. I only hope she continues to bring the old tunes to a hungry, and often jaded audience.

This makes me cry every time I hear it. Vera Lynn did this beautifully, but to hear this song sung into today's world is more than touching. Chloe has a pure, controlled quality to her voice that is magical. She offered this song simply, honestly and without artifice. That is rare, and she is rare. I want her first recording, when it comes out. I don't know how she can top this, but I wait with bated breath to hear.
