Except for getting rid of the reverb from their first albums they're pretty much the same and arguably get heavier each time. You've got to admit the last couple Children of Bodom albums are pretty weak.

For Bodom I thought the last couple albums were at least 8/10 just not as good as their older stuff. Funny though since a lot of bands get ripped on for changing their sound (can't blame people for hating Metallica now) but I guess if you don't like some of Slayer's stuff you probably don't like most of it.
