Its a skill you learn? No its not. You just sit there and watch a movie and listen to some music. It does work for me though. I have/had ADD, but I do notice my creativity becomes less. I guisse because Im not with my head in the clouds anymore. It does work but if you are an artist and want to keep being that way, I should be carefull and keep an eye on it.
Wow, this is awesome. where can i go to get treated on one of these?? by the way, I have a theory on why most of us have a.d.d. I have a hunch its because of all the vaccines that we take, even at birth. Wouldn't the Mercury in the vaccines damage our brains??? Someone should look into that.
This is interesting. I agree w/the woman that said ritalin only hides the problem. It doesn`t cure it. My cousin went on ritalin and became like a zombie until his mother took him off, but reprogramming the brain waves sounds like an interesting method.
