Read the book by Demjanjuk's lawyer Yoram Sheftel "The Demjanjuk affair: The Rise and Fall of a Show Trial" as well as articles on ukar.org Ukrainian Archive in the WayBackMachine search engine as well as on xoxol.org
This is a BS showtrial just like Nuremberg.Demjanjuk was on trial in Israel until Rep. Jim Traficant presented evidence (FBI files)that proved his innocence. Israeli courts ignored the files & Traficant put his career on the line by threatening to withhold the $19 billion in US taxpayer funds Israel gets annually.Only then did they release Dem.But Traficant made powerful enemies & was later politically assassinated by the Israeli Lobby.Demjanjuk is again subject to Israeli vengeance(by proxy).
This is the same man the zionist tried to convict as "ivan the terrible". After years of investigations and litigation including Mr. Demanjuk's arrest and deportation to Israel, it turns out he zionist's made a mistake. This man is the victim of the holocaust industry and zionism. And as the WWII generation dies off along with future victims, the holocaust industry has a new target to perpetuate the supremacy of jewish suffering: Pope Pius XII and Catholic Church.
@SOLISDEUS The fact that Israel released him while he was under strong suspicion of having been in Sobibór shows how fair Israel is where justice is concerned.
John Demjanjuk also was allegedly "Ivan the Terrible" (a fairytale person) from KZ Treblinka. And now this Show Trial of Stalinist proportions in Munich. The witnesses and co-accusers were mere children of Jewish persons who died, mostly at Sobibor. But in the Treblinka process he was also 'identified' by so-called 'witnesses'. Demjanjuk is a victim of a Show Trial. Like millions in the USSR and after World War 2. This is a PR show for Efraim Zuroff.
This is ridiculous, not only is he gunna die in 1 year anywas.... but back then, it was their job to do what they were doing.. Hitler was the leader of the country, and if they didn't do as he told them to do, they would be considered impure to the german race.... then sent to die in alaska or taken away by the gestapo, and killed. You can't do this to someone if what they did was A) In Europe. B) It was not illegal then in Germany C) They have no fukcing proof that he even touched anyone there
@xiKoNz Netanyaheu had children's playgrounds Burning Phosphorus Bombed and butchers Palestinians on their own land everyday. Israelis are the real NAZIs.
Several news agencies have reported that Israeli attorney Yoram Sheftel, who represented Demjanjuk during his trial in Israel, has called the German trial a sham and the verdict a farce.
Demjanjuk will appeal and may win as he did in Israel.
Hey, IF he was guilty he was guilty. But why are all the old Bolshevik and later Commie mass murderers and their supporters now wearing pinstripe suits? Communism killed enormously more than the monster Nazis. And no one cares?
I'm waiting for the day when countries will be paying for the death of the slaves they exploited. More slaves died then Jews and still I've seen none of the countries that exploited them pay for it. Thanks to that kind of barbarisms are those countries rich. And now those countries think they have the right to sue people without solid prooves. Want to be fair? Look at yourself, or do we have to wait for 1 million palestinians dead before we can sue the Jews?
Good riddance! i don't care if he's as old as Methuselah, hang 'em high i say. For all of you naysayers i seriously doubt if he did these things to your family or friends you would be such compassionate nazi sympathizers.
@theguyisinthailand Mind you this guy did more than chop the wanger of some unlucky guy. he helped in the liquidation of an entire ethnic group and as much as i hold high the virtue of turn the other check, i fully realize that at times the meek need the assistance of the mighty as happened in WW2. this, at times-at times now-can only be achieved through means of force and will and through these actions of judgement (as happened in this case) can we ever achieve anything that resembling peace.
@theguyisinthailand he was a cog in the system, albeit a small cog, but a cog nonetheless. I think you are talking about P. Pius XII, keep in mind many did not know about the atrocities of the nazis until after the war, a nazi death camp guard on the other hand would. plus many other nations aided and had relationships with the nazi governments and 'Time Mag even chose hitler as 'man of the year'-are all these nazi helpers? no. they had little to no clue and they never took an active part.
@arivas713 as you say "a cog"-if the other inmates helped in any actions, they also know that people were being killed wholesale. bodies just did not get up and put themselves in a hole, people put them in the ground and that is called being an accessory. if done under dirress then it can be called what it is and...,but if one is said to have help starting out as a POW, he also could be under dirress, as this guy was. fair is fair across any group that was there on either side of the fence.
@arivas713 The Pope did know of atrocities but the papal line was that they could not take sides. In his Christmas (or New Year - I forget which) message for 1942 he mentioned those that are being persecuted for their origins which is no fault of theirs. This was a very cryptic message about half way into a long speech and it was the only time he mentioned it.

So when is the current POPE of the Catholic Church going to be tried and convicted of being a NAZI as well? He served in the HITLER YOUTH and then on ANTI-AIRCRAFT ARTILLERY shooting down Allied planes.
The POPE was and then according to this train of thought a NAZI STILL.
Why all the fuss about him being sentenced? This is no different to the Texas' Law of Parties. Why aren't people criticising Texas like they are with Germany? Also, just coz he's 91, so what? He's lived longer than his victims did.
@TheBarbie1969 thats what I always say. People are stupid for wanting to go after a 90 year old man whose crimes he has commited are over 70 some years old.
He was just doing his job. If he refused he would have been killed off simple as that. Thats a bad selection that 99% of people would have taken. Hmm kill people but live or refuse and die.
I would think many people from the war have done things they regret doing. On both sides. I am sure this guy has nightmares of what he has done.
so they want to areset every on who was a gurad at a death camp it not like he actuly kiled al these jews he just gaurded the prision this is like aresting a guard at gwantanimo bay
It's not the fact the man is 91, the hypocrisy of this is the mass amount of war crimes committed by every player in the war and that they would choose to pursue this individual when so many others walk free. Many Americans and Russians that could be found guilty of war crimes walk free today it's just a continuation of victors justice. Speaking of the passage of time and not forgetting crimes, the U.S. was built on the genocide of the American-Indian.
Being sentenced to prison for following orders. Does that mean our governments want *us* to disobey orders if we find them morally objectionable? If a soldier refused to shoot someone, he would be tried for mutiny, even today.
This is pathetic.. He is a dying old man what justice comes from sentencing him to prison now for 6 years.. Don't get me wrong what happened to all those people was horrible and inexcusable, but to send a dying man to prison when from I've heard there is no real evidence as mentioned in this video.. No one will feel any justice from sentencing A dying old man to prison.
Jews prosecute a 91-year old disabled man, meanwhile the state of Israel honors the Red Army with a memorial when they raped and murdered millions.
You can always count on the inferior race of Jews to be thoroughbred hypocrites. And everyone who has actually researched the subject knows that the holocaust is a bunch of bullshit anyways.
No doubt this guy is scum. He will rot in hell, hopefully. Amazing how you saw Jew after Jew after Jew line up and defend Roman Polanski because "it's been 30 years, give it a rest". A demonic pedophile. Hypocrites. Pursue Polanski and it's Antisemitism. Pursue guys like this and it's justice. Jewish hypocrisy turns people away from them.
I recommend a visit to the Holocaust Museum in Washington DC, and then return to your hotel room to recover. It's quite an intense experience and is not recommended for children and those with a weak constitution.
You can visit the memorial hall, gift shop and cafeteria without paying the admission for the exhibits. The cafeteria is actually very nice, but I've never lingered in that building.
OH COME ON! Prosecuting someone with no SOLID evidence but rather an assumption that a mere death camp guard would have committed crimes against humanity? What ever happen to justice.
@FrozoneNetworks true! There is no clear evidence of this whole part of history because these Canaanite Bastards made it illegal to investigate the whole matter. I like to know why someone can investigate any part of history except this one? I would also like to see bankers stand trial for the 100 million murdered Christians last century under the Bolshevik communist rule with people still alive all over Wall Street who funded the communists including Rockefeller/Rothschilds.
@elucidative Jakob Schiff & Co. and Goldman Sachs who financed the Bolshevik regime in the Russian Revolution have mostly died by now. They could never be accused. That is why Hjalmar Schacht was absolved and freed in 1948, because Schacht knew all true masters 'behind the screens' of the Allied and Soviet powers. Demjanjuk is a simple Ukrainian POW, who became (maybe) a guard at KZ Flossenbürg, but never in "Treblinka" and (now) "Sobibor". He is a victim of show justice.
@mykmmc You're an idiot. At no point did I say he was a 'nice guard.' In fact, it would be unfair for me (as well as the prosecutors) to formulate a judgement of this so-call 'guard' I don't even know about besides what the media have thrown at us.
@FrozoneNetworks so you admit you have know idea what your talking about and he was a guard at a death camp............thanks so he is a war criminal then!
if you woked at a death camp your a war criminal..............cooks,doctors,office people...ect.....and most of all GUARDS
p.s. your the Idiot who dose not understand sarcasm......lol that what I ment by nice guard dumb ass
@mykmmc And you are clearly illiterate. I refuse to discuss this any further, especially with someone that assumes it is easy to grasp sarcasm over mere words and writings on the internet. Also, it is YOU'RE not Your. Please get the fuck out of here.
@FrozoneNetworks you're right I have the worst grammar and spelling in the world............and still it dose not take away from the fact that this guy was a gaurd at a death camp
The comparison to a soldier is odious. He was not shooting at men with guns. He wasn't even a German soldier, but a POW turned SS camp guard. The prisoners he guarded were usually killed the same day.Sometimes the nazis made them sit for hours in the cattlecars while the equipment they used to kill was being repaired. At times they used diesel engines and at other times, co2 gas canisters.
I believe he was found guilty of 'accessory to murder' in Germany today, rather than 'murder.'
@IronIkarus No, where in the law does it say serious felonies are forgiven if the offender is old? That's nonsense. the exact opposite of justice. Some people live to 115 these days. The principle of the law is clear. There is no statue of limitations for murder. Better to get some of the rats from Schindler's List, but they got what they could. Amazing how compliant some were; dig your own grave, load this weapon for me, light my cigarette, blindfold yourself, shine my shoes. Then he gets shot.
What about rape? Should the United States go after rapist who evaded justice? What if someone raped...oh let's say a 13 year old girl? Should authorities be allowed to pursue this person "to the end of the earth, to the end of time"? I honestly would like to hear your thoughts on that. (no sarcasm).
@drbayoms "Rape" is a word with two distinct legal senses that you did not distinguish. Forcible and age-based. I assume the 13 year old was akin to the Polanaski case, statutory or age based. The little Hollywood slut was dropped off by her mother. Some girls dress in tight leggings at 13 to signal lust and sex appeal, to provoke lust.. So the little slut is asking for it. Statutory rape of the willing should have a short statute of limitations. Two yrs., say. Forcible rape, a longer one.
Thanks for exposing the low-life pig you and Polanski are. I don't give a damn if a 13 YEAR OLD GIRL has a sign stapled to her shirt saying "Fuck Me", she is still 13. Only a sick fuck could be attracted to a 13 yr old. Nice try, she was not asking for it. Instead a low life degenerate piece of shit raped her because he thinks he belongs to a tribe that has an automatic ticket to heaven. So he feels he can do what the hell he wants. Best solution, put a bullet in Polanski's head
@drbayoms Ha, you postulate "hatred" when the correct word was "disgust." Then you guess about anger toward G-d. Nope, you struck out twice there. Nice try with the armchair psychobabble. I guess it makes you feel like you know something when you make blind guesses that are hard for third parties to see as false, though. Maybe you can play smart by making guesses next about what will happen in 100 years, so you can't be refuted just yet, like Al Gore.
Prosecute: "Because he's working at a death camp he was a participant in the killings"
How about the Massacre of 347–504 unarmed citizens in South Vietnam on March 16, 1968 at My Lai, conducted by a unit of the United States Army. Question : Soldiers in Calley's unit should be tried for murder? , if not then leave this German soldier alone .
Should 90+ year old nazi's be jailed now... it looks bad to be picking on a poor, wheelchair bound man? This seems like a witch hunt... This is a little overboard... he was a guard.... it doesn't seem fair... so long ago....
Even today, only the losers of wars or the soldiers of poor countries face charges for war crimes. War crimes are just a tool used by powerful countries (ie the USA) to smear other countries. It's a charade.
@l3aIIin23 Actually lots of Germans avoided being brutal bastards. Some even fought that evil regime. Apparently this guy exceeded expectations of brutality--in other word he did more than he had to do. In the end we are all responsible for our action. The " I was just following orders" dodge don't play.
Why should a guard be prosecuted? He didn't have any ability to change the events that happened. He had no ability to make decisions or policies that influenced the events. Had he refused to be a guard, he would have been shot, and another man would have taken his place. War crime trials should be left to individuals who were in a position to make a difference.
@TG1212able He could have shot himself rather than help the Nazis, or better he could have shot at the nazis. They issued him a rifle. A few other POWs turned SS men in fact did just that.
Well, although I am Ukrainian and must be defending this miserable piss of scheisse, in my family it was always known that the german prisoners were treated as fucking traitors in Soviet Army (now I can see why) and were either sent to Gulag, or to the most dangerous spot at front where they'd be defenitely killed or just executed. so how the hell this Nazi Ass leaker wind up serving in the soviet army.By the way his all biography look so fake and full of bulshit, it makes me sick
They charged him twice before this and he beat the charges, and now this is his third time and he is found guilty, this isn't justice, this is politically motivated
War is a crime against humanity, sucks for him because his side lost. The greatest war criminals of our time are George Bush and Dick Cheney but do you think they'll ever be held accountable for the millions of lives they destroyed, money they wasted, profits they made from human suffering? It is after all common knowledge in America that these two assholes single handedly destroyed our way of life, killed our economy and waged an illegal war against Iraq on bogus information. Any disagreement?
WW2 so much propaganda, Nuremberg trials for guards , generals n soldiers as such , but all their Nazi mad scientists & eugenicists get a free ride to america to carry on their experiments tests cause this madness stills goes on . Except soon in the coming WW3 they going into full swing with their Agenda 21 Plan for worldwide 90% Depopulation. They Illuminati Global World Government control puppet Obama pissinf i his ear with a wire or a teleprompter.WAKE UP SHEEP , your being CONNED
@stealthgerm Demjanjuk was'nt just a soldier. German soldier generally were'nt punished for their World War 2 service. This guy was a guard--apparently an exceptionally brutal guard,in a nazi death camp. If you don't know what that means, consult your history. Unfortunately one of the things which happens with the passage of time is the trivialization of historical events to the point where people make false comparisons. Just because we should'nt be in Iraq does not mean we are nazis.
@sleedolfine15 i as vet tend to agree with you but orders are orders.duty asignments are not a choice.orders if not followed can result in execution.yea being in iraq doesnt make us nazi but ask an iraqi what we are.if a 13 year old points a gun at you what do you do?they only see you shot thier son uncle, etc.we only make more enemies huh? an old man demjanjuk was a soldier. at 95 years i imagine its no big deal to him.he has outlived many.
Mexicans may hate me, but I still think they have a right to live in America especially if this eurotrash can hide there for all those decades undetected and breeding with other nazis. yuck
@ankokugaiBOSS You have to understand how weird it is reading your comment, the Nazi's were pretty much brainwashed and it's not far from what's happening in America today. The dollar is crashing and marshall law is coming down on your heads. I heard they were searching babies nappys the other day for poo bombs.

FrozoneNetworks 9 months ago 7
@FrozoneNetworks true! There is no clear evidence of this whole part of history because these Canaanite Bastards made it illegal to investigate the whole matter. I like to know why someone can investigate any part of history except this one? I would also like to see bankers stand trial for the 100 million murdered Christians last century under the Bolshevik communist rule with people still alive all over Wall Street who funded the communists including Rockefeller/Rothschilds.
elucidative 9 months ago 2
@elucidative Jakob Schiff & Co. and Goldman Sachs who financed the Bolshevik regime in the Russian Revolution have mostly died by now. They could never be accused. That is why Hjalmar Schacht was absolved and freed in 1948, because Schacht knew all true masters 'behind the screens' of the Allied and Soviet powers. Demjanjuk is a simple Ukrainian POW, who became (maybe) a guard at KZ Flossenbürg, but never in "Treblinka" and (now) "Sobibor". He is a victim of show justice.

@FrozoneNetworks your right he was a nice guard at the death camp................OH COM'ON
mykmmc 9 months ago
@mykmmc You're an idiot. At no point did I say he was a 'nice guard.' In fact, it would be unfair for me (as well as the prosecutors) to formulate a judgement of this so-call 'guard' I don't even know about besides what the media have thrown at us.
FrozoneNetworks 9 months ago
@FrozoneNetworks so you admit you have know idea what your talking about and he was a guard at a death camp............thanks so he is a war criminal then!

@mykmmc And you are clearly illiterate. I refuse to discuss this any further, especially with someone that assumes it is easy to grasp sarcasm over mere words and writings on the internet. Also, it is YOU'RE not Your. Please get the fuck out of here.

IronIkarus 9 months ago
The comparison to a soldier is odious. He was not shooting at men with guns. He wasn't even a German soldier, but a POW turned SS camp guard. The prisoners he guarded were usually killed the same day.Sometimes the nazis made them sit for hours in the cattlecars while the equipment they used to kill was being repaired. At times they used diesel engines and at other times, co2 gas canisters.
I believe he was found guilty of 'accessory to murder' in Germany today, rather than 'murder.'
paolosilv 9 months ago
this is stupid the guy is old 91 years old , let him be , he will die soon i mean he can't do anything , he can't even walk this is sooooo stupid
IronIkarus 9 months ago

(no sarcasm).
drbayoms 9 months ago
@drbayoms "Rape" is a word with two distinct legal senses that you did not distinguish. Forcible and age-based. I assume the 13 year old was akin to the Polanaski case, statutory or age based. The little Hollywood slut was dropped off by her mother. Some girls dress in tight leggings at 13 to signal lust and sex appeal, to provoke lust.. So the little slut is asking for it. Statutory rape of the willing should have a short statute of limitations. Two yrs., say. Forcible rape, a longer one.
DexterHaven49 9 months ago
@DexterHaven49

@DexterHaven49
Your hatred for little girls may masked the anger you have for G_d not making you.............a little girl. At the end of the day, it is a choice.
drbayoms 9 months ago

Question : Soldiers in Calley's unit should be tried for murder? , if not then leave this German soldier alone .

l3aIIin23 9 months ago
@l3aIIin23 Actually lots of Germans avoided being brutal bastards. Some even fought that evil regime. Apparently this guy exceeded expectations of brutality--in other word he did more than he had to do. In the end we are all responsible for our action. The " I was just following orders" dodge don't play.
sleedolfine15 9 months ago
Why should a guard be prosecuted? He didn't have any ability to change the events that happened. He had no ability to make decisions or policies that influenced the events. Had he refused to be a guard, he would have been shot, and another man would have taken his place. War crime trials should be left to individuals who were in a position to make a difference.
TG1212able 9 months ago
@TG1212able He could have shot himself rather than help the Nazis, or better he could have shot at the nazis. They issued him a rifle. A few other POWs turned SS men in fact did just that.
paolosilv 9 months ago
@paolosilv So because he didn't kill himself, he should go to jail? Dude got a bad roll of the dice.
TG1212able 9 months ago
Well, although I am Ukrainian and must be defending this miserable piss of scheisse, in my family it was always known that the german prisoners were treated as fucking traitors in Soviet Army (now I can see why) and were either sent to Gulag, or to the most dangerous spot at front where they'd be defenitely killed or just executed. so how the hell this Nazi Ass leaker wind up serving in the soviet army.By the way his all biography look so fake and full of bulshit, it makes me sick

@stealthgerm Demjanjuk was'nt just a soldier. German soldier generally were'nt punished for their World War 2 service. This guy was a guard--apparently an exceptionally brutal guard,in a nazi death camp. If you don't know what that means, consult your history. Unfortunately one of the things which happens with the passage of time is the trivialization of historical events to the point where people make false comparisons. Just because we should'nt be in Iraq does not mean we are nazis.
sleedolfine15 9 months ago
@sleedolfine15 i as vet tend to agree with you but orders are orders.duty asignments are not a choice.orders if not followed can result in execution.yea being in iraq doesnt make us nazi but ask an iraqi what we are.if a 13 year old points a gun at you what do you do?they only see you shot thier son uncle, etc.we only make more enemies huh? an old man demjanjuk was a soldier. at 95 years i imagine its no big deal to him.he has outlived many.
