There are different levels of smooth. The boy is playing from his heart and what he hears within. Plus - he is young. I hear the potential in him and bet in time - he will become more smooth in his transitions and solo lines as he listens and works around others. It's part of learning to exercise the gift we have been given. I appreciate that he has taken the time to share with us a part of who he is right now. Play on my brotha!!
