Hey Alishanmao,

I have a Tornado S30. I ran it a lot this summer, but then stopped and it just sat in my room for a few months. Recently, when I tried to prime it, the fuel wouldn't go in. I suspect that the carb is clogged, as I can't even get the fuel in when I blow in the tube. I cleaned the carb once before and I could prime it afterwards, but I couldn't start it and it sat for another 2 weeks, after which I couldn't prime it again. Do you have any suggestions? Opening throttle didn't help.

@belugy5 u can tune or u can get new fuel lines. or if its the carp or the engine you could get e new one(probabloly not)

@numa663 I think there's dirt stuck somewhere in the carb. do you think I should take it completely apart? what do I clean it with?

@belugy5 Never mind. Took apart the carb, there was a piece of cotton stuck in it from the last time I cleaned it, took it out, and it primed perfectly. The car ran fine, the only thing is that the spring fell out of the carb and I closed it up before noticing it had fallen out. Is it an essential piece? The car seems to work perfectly fine without it.

@belugy5 dirt stuck where? carb? fuel line? could try putting some computer contact spray in the jam where dirt is.

HOLY SH*T THATS FAST. Looks faster then my Ofna O.o Much better acceleration too. And yes, I do have a tornado s30. But i did a project on it though :p When i replaced teh engine with a .21 (NOT FOR 1/10 BUGGYS) , I calculated that it went 75 MPH. Nice hop I did for my own :D Oh and can u give me the cheapest hop up for that buggy?

ok in using the 30% nitro fuel, doesnt that shorten the life of ur engine? and arent sum engines only recommended to use a certain fuel for the highest % it can take. and i have a thunder tiger eb4 s3 and its great wen i use to run it on 16% i had it running over 80kmph but i havent recorded it with a higher concentrate of nitro yet.

@VSH5 hi one simple and free way to calculate the top speed of a rc car is get a long tarmac road and measure out 50 meters on it with tape then do a rolling start from one end of the 50m to the other end of the 50m time this with a stopwatch then use a web site will do a sped cal for you they are easy to find just google speed calculator witch will tell you your average speed between the two marks of tape in km mph mps or whatever you want hope this helps
