I dont know what everyones hostilities towards Joe Weider is but all I can say is I used his products and achieved 90kgs to 147kgs without steroids... my father also used Weider products and was the first pick for the Australian weightlifting team the year Dean Lukin broke the world record and he was on roids, my father was on Weider products but done himself an injury before the final tryouts. I swear by Weider products and no products since they ended have given me the same results.
