Kinda, actually. There are sooooo many ways to counteract it. Like in Death Toll, he is slower in water than most survivors, so it can be really unfair in most places.

Depends on how well the survivors work at taking you down (auto shotties, molotovs, charge shots and not running away like girls will result in a dead Tank very quickly), but a Tank is deadly out in the open with plenty of physics objects (cars/forklifts/trees/ect) to punt about or rooftops and other high places to punch survivors stupid enough to be up there off of.

Plus, wiping out a survivor team whilst Tanking is a great stress reliever. :3
