  • FIRST OF ALL . who picks up a doll that looks like that anyways?

  • @TheLoverGirl120 Not me, sister!

  • this came out when i was like 6 or 7. and it completely ruined my sleep for about 4 years.

  • @Teztost3rpwn I think a lot of people agree with you.

  • I remember when i was a little kid and this got me nightmares

  • @fkthewaat It gave me nightmares as an adult :)

  • without scars he's so creepy:s

  • @xErdnussMaedchen ha ha yeah, I agree completely.

  • @moonrice555 now I know, why "Chucky Seeds" is FSK 16 :)

  • I wanted to watch this at 3 yrs but i wasn't allowed,so I pretended to go to bed but I hid under the tabble, but when I saw this,I got up and ran to my room screaming.

  • @TBOGTplayer2000 Well, I was a teenager and this scene still messed me up pretty bad. I'll bet at the age of 3 it really did a number on you.

  • can someone tell me why chucky has blood?

  • @437fre The voodoo guy told him that the longer he stays in the body of the doll, the more human he becomes.

  • @437fre Because when the man put his soul into chucky, chucky was spowly becoming a human.

  • why r the adults so scared of him...he is 2ft tall just grab him snap his neck or do anything 2 him...he is just a toy....no streanth .

  • @MissDancerr101 Well, it's the fact that he can hide anywhere. But the main thing is that some people are just really creeped out by dolls--it's the idea of something that is supposed to be innocent ( a child's toy) becoming evil. If you were to really see him, your mind would be so freaked out (like seeing an alien) that it would be hard to think straight--that gives him and advantage. But some people aren't scared of dolls, some are.

  • @moonrice555 i see what u mean...it would freak me out 4 a minute...but try 2 look at him 4 what he realy is..a man in a dolls body. just remember that and u will think straight...or just remember ur life is in danger..and u will have {hopefully} a NRG RUSH.giving u a better advatage and he is unarmed...{in this scene at least}

  • @MissDancerr101 ha ha yep, no knife here

  • @MissDancerr101 lol he does have strenght! the soul of a man is in that doll :))

  • @Zombieoutbreak100 Good point.

  • woman:huh I guess he likes batteries.

    woman: well here i go.

chucky: hi Im chucky wanna die!

    Woman1: whoa what the hell

  • @bmxzelda12 ha ha Yeah, a doll coming alive in your hands is a hell of a thing to happen.

  • The part where Chucky goes; "Hi, I'm Chucky! Wanna play?" made me jump first time I saw it.

  • THIS is my favorite child's play!

The other ones are just too comical and stupid...

  • @MsCrzyBoy Absolutely. The original guy is doing a remake and he said he will make this one scary and not comical.

  • this is a scary scene but i would have been great if she turned around and chucky was gone

  • @Bryon414 ha ha Yeah, that would have been pretty good.

  • I hope u notice this is only 1 scene in the title SCENES

  • @Raven6521 Well, you can list it under the category of scary scenes. Plus, I am WAY too lazy too change it.

  • @moonrice555 LOL

  • i love the background when it gets dark at 1:00. supposed to represent suspense and get ready for something scary.

  • @moonrice555 Wow. Calm down. :(

  • @AdrianMorrison101 perssonally i sorta liked paranormal activity...becuz they took awarness of how friggen vulnarable u r when ur asleeps and took the whole dragging thing to the next level but when PA2 came out i was hoping 4 sumthing a whole lot different...but not really...

and no need to go all CUSS HIM OUT on me... i just didnt really think PA2 was that scary.....and im 13 btw.....

    i found the shining,misery,jaws,child's play,the thing,and etc a whole lot more scary.sorry if i offended u

  • @AdrianMorrison101 You didn't offend me because you have different tastes. It's because of the attitude that came across in what you wrote---you don't go onto someone else's forum and make a remark like "I have no respect 4 that comment" and then act surprised when they get mad. Of course it's going to make someone mad. Actually, I think it's great that someone your age watched "The Thing". Most kids won't because they think it's "too old". Good movie.

  • @moonrice555 sorry i didnt mean to say that comment in a cynical remark if thats what u though :( i mean to say like in a way to disagree with that but still....

sorry if i did so in a way u though i was being a snotty bytch -___-

im alot of things...(weird,retarded,WEIRD) but im not snotty....

  • Is there is someone who had watch it when they were 3-year old?

  • @junie2314 yep, i did. but i just watched it out of curiousity and you know what, my retard family members (it was a reunion) did absolutely NOTHING to warn me....and it was night.

  • All the Chucky movies are mediocre at best.

  • @esh325

Okay. What would you consider a good scary movie?

  • haha this movie, would scare the shit out of me,

i was about 7 when i watched it,

and i always hate moving when i was in bed, it felt like someone was watching me.

  • @allanisfresh I recently had the same feeling after watching Paranormal Activity 2. If you haven't seen it, you should. It's one of the best scary movies I've ever seen.

  • @moonrice555 love that movie

  • @allanisfresh Me too. I always look around before I sleep I felt that someone is near me and I also felt like a Chucky doll is near me. It was happen when I was a kid.

  • @allanisfresh

Chould you please tell why Karen got sent to mentral Hosptail?.

  • @Homeandawayguy Because she told people the doll was alive. Odd, though---she had Mike Norris and his partner to back up her story, but still she got put in a loony bin.

  • @Homeandawayguy You honestly couldn't answer that on your own?

  • Actually, a good question would be, "We know that Karen ends up in a mental hospital, but whatever happened to the detective in this film?"

  • @tangram108 Yeah, they never address that---I guess the film-makers had to leave it alone because there WAS no way to explain it--I mean, you've got four people who all saw the same thing--you've got the doll's body all around the apartment, with blood coming out of it---that's a lot of evidence

  • @moonrice555 I mean, even still, who's to say they weren't some sick psychos who staged that whole thing. I'm just curious what happened to the detective. Did he say, "ah yeah this bitch is just whack" and the other murders remain unsolved? Or, perhaps, he let the other cops just assume the mom committed the murders? The film makers could easily have addressed, but I guess it's better that they didn't. I'm just curious how the cop could just let the mom end up in the mental ward.

  • @tangram108 Yeah---sometimes, if something is too complicated to deal with, the filmmakers just sweep it under the rug

  • @moonrice555 Like in the sixth sense, how could he not know he's dead?!?!!?! I mean, he hasn't had a real conversation with anyone in months except for some 10y/o. There were ways the script writers could have pulled that off (like someone talks to themselves and he happens to be there), but yeah, I guess that was too difficult for them. I just want to know about the damn cop lol it always been a mystery to me.

  • @tangram108 They do explain it though, the kid says the people he sees don't know they're dead. This doesn't entirely explain it, but it implies that all the dead people he sees for whatever reason they overlook the fact they're dead.

  • @nonebuthelite11 Yeah--I think he says something like "They only see what they want to see."

  • @nonebuthelite11 Yes, that's what the kid says, but that doesn't prove anything. Remember the poisoned girl? She did know that she was dead...after all, they were at her funeral.

What they don't explain is how the main ghost doesn't realize he's dead. What happens when he tries to buy food? Why doesn't the kid get cold breath when he's talking to the main ghost? What does the mom say to him about her dead husband? That is a MAJOR plot hole in that movie.

  • @tangram108 With the poisoned girl, maybe he's not referring to all ghosts when he says "they only see what they want". With the main ghost, I would say he never even tries to buy food because "seeing only what you want" means he would completely overlook the fact that he has not eaten, gone to the can, etc in several months. I think that actually fits. The cold breath, you're right. I don't understand what u mean about the dead husband.

  • @moonrice555 I was referring to the scene where the little boy is standing in the ghost's house. His wife answers the door and lets the little boy in. She leaves to go back to the kitchen, and he's just standing there. I mean, are we supposed to believe that she actually forgot about the little boy? Like wouldn't she say to him, hey, my husband is dead. you'll have to find a new doctor. Meh, movie was still good though.

  • @tangram108 Oh, that scene. I see. It's been a long time.

  • @moonrice555 Yeah lol, and I want to know what happened to the detective in this movie? Try to imagine this as real life. They have Charles fingerprints all over the crime scene. The Mom is claiming that the doll was possessed by Charles. His body is still in his grave. I don't understand lol it's a damn plot hole.

  • @tangram108 Yeah, the detectives were always a problem for me. Look at the crime scene with a doll sitting there WITH BLOOD IN IT. How do the detectives explain that? And BOTH detectives saw the doll move--it tried to choke Mike's partner.

  • Lmao. That was funny

  • 0:27 yup time to GO!!!

  • @MonroeVideos Yeah---and instead of going, she went right to him!

  • shit brainless movie for american white trash

  • @Jonnyrus132 "shit brainless movie for american white trash" What do the white trash in other countries watch?

  • @SuperLolz90 I know, right? We're so used to seeing him after part 3.

  • man the people who watch this at 5 years old...i was scared of star wars back then!

  • @ZayZt I know---when I was that age there was a movie called "Magic" with Anthony Hopkins and it had a very ugly doll in it. If I had watched Chucky, I would have had a heart attack.

  • isn't she kinda over reacting when she sees the batteries in the box?

They could just be extra ones lol

  • @PzoiNick ha ha I know---it's funny because this movie is so old and I never realized that until someone pointed it out. But you're absolutely right. On the 20-year dvd, she says that she imagined that the doll was a "snake" when she reached under the couch so that she would have the right amount of fear. To me, isn't it scary enough just imagining that a possessed doll is under there? I know actors use substitution, but doesn't seem she would need it there.

  • @moonrice555

Well, I always thought she saw the batteries and thought: "I don't remember putting batteries in him." That's how I always saw it. Can't quite remember, but it seems that he talked as soon as he came out of the box.

Well, to go 'I'm reaching for a possessed doll, act like you would if it was real' is hard to do xD We all have done this, what would you do if that was you? Either way, I don't believe she would have gotten the best reaction to it.

  • @LilyBelleee You're right, he did talk right out of the box. I think she wouldn't have to have gone all the way to "reaching for a possessed doll"---becuz she had just opened his back and seen no batteries and then he talked to her---so THAT in itself is reason enough to be creeped out--I think she could have just gone with that, just reaching for the doll and not knowing what to expect. Should be a sequel this year. They're being really hush-hush about it.

  • if thats me i would just get out of the house and then burn the house down, even if it is not succesfull its better then her paln for waiting for the doll to say something.(btw im a guy)

  • @BlackSpid3y

ha ha---wait, wouldn't it be better to just chuck him in the fireplace? Then you would KNOW he got destroyed.

  • @moonrice555 ya lol...but so scary

  • release date for new child's play is Oct 2010

  • @7187187DBLOCK I can't wait!

  • @7187187DBLOCK hmm where did you get that information

  • @superherobabyer1234

the official website has confirmed, the cast is currently working on the movie and production has begun.the director from the first movie,is back on board.is been slated to be a dark, grimy film..no comedy.yessssssss

  • @superherobabyer1234 Just put child's play remake into google. There are a few interviews with the original director online.

  • this movie is gay

  • that bitch shoulda gotten a broom stick n fucked that doll up the ass

  • @poops1 LOL! Well, that would take him down a notch, I reckon.

  • Luuusäärten ? luuseen läeern påäärten jaeeärtten sääären kolaärrten skoeläutten?

äluättuessen scary scence erluusen läouusäsko eeälussen seelussten! suuääälen luuuusen! Äreen sagaoräluääsuren?Eulussen.

  • isnt that the 7th heaven mom?

  • Yep. She said in an interview on the dvd that she made herself think about snakes when she was looking under the couch because she really hate snakes. That doll would have been enough for me.

  • The reason this movie got to so many people(kids especially) is because this is one of the few horror movies that the Monster was something that most kids play with everyday.Hellraiser,Freddy,Jason were all great movies but the characters were people and the doll aspect made it creepy to watch concidering back in the day 'MY BUDDY DOLL" was very popular for kids.

  • omg omg two drops went down

  • Holy crap!

  • why would she have freaked out when she saw the batteries fall out??? a normal person would have assumed the doll had batteries in it already...especially that she bought that doll from that bum in the street....still it is a creepy ass scene!!!

  • maybe she was freaked out becuz chucky was moving without the batteries. and if not idk why....she is just a sissy -_-

  • True---they could have handled that better, I guess. But there's mistakes in all the great arts, I suppose. I love Stephen King and he has made some errors in his books.

  • @reliablethreat23 I DISAGREE, ITS THE 80'S, BOOM

  • @reliablethreat23 oh wait nevermind, i thought you meant why would she freak out when she saw that chucky moved without em hahaha my bad

  • Don't you think it would be awesome to get a Good Guy? I agree the first one was the best.

  • I've seen some pretty cool ones online, but most of the ones in stores don't look very good, unfortunately. Yeah, I'd love to have one and the 1st movie was definitely the best. :)

  • i had nightmares for years after i saw this movie. i saw it when i was 5 im 15 now

  • Yeah---this movie got to a lot of people. Definitely got to me. It's one of my favorites.

  • i don t know why but i don t find this scary why?

  • We're just all different. I can think of some movies that really got to other people but didn't bother me that much. I have relatives that are scared of spiders, but they don't really get to me. Watch America's Funniest Videos. You see grown women go into screaming fits because someone puts a rat on their shoulder---and then you see little kids playing with them.

  • New movie 2011 prob will suck and make like 5 mil the first week

  • Hopefully, it won't suck. The original guy is at the wheel for this one.

  • yeah i agree with you. the humor was bullshit in the new ones. The first one was pretty damn good.

  • Luckily, the guy doing the remake ( who also did the original) feels the same way. I can't wait until this comes out.

  • yeah. hope they keep the tone of this one. and is it just me or is the kid voice of chucky 10 times freakier than the criminals.

especially when he goes... "Hi im chucky wanna play?"

  • No, I totally agree. That kid voice goes right up your spine.

  • when does the remake come out?

  • From what I've read, they haven't even started filming yet---but they are still writing the script. I would think 2010 or 2011.

  • well, in my idea, it would be a good idea.. but, that's just me... idk... but, i think it would be kinda cool.. haha.. but of course it would be scarrier SCARRIER than the first.. and deff than the others.. but yea..

  • but they cant.... i love the origional how it is...

i mean.. if the origional one like made a "child's play: return of chucky" where they re-open all the goodguy factories and make good guys again... and andy (alex vincent[origional andy]) is visiting from college and karen and mike are married and they have their OWN children.. and like... chucky finds his way back to the barklay-norris house and then chucky (back to the origional looking doll) says "welcome back andy, miss me?" and yea..

  • ha ha maybe they'll do that

  • i believe the first was the best.

it was the only that i actually liked seeing over & over again.

it was the only that actually scared me a bit.

the others, the new writer tried WAY too hard..

  • Totally agree.

  • i know right..

  • Well, the original writer is redoing it and he said he plans to make it really scary---cross your fingers xD

  • yeah I kinda liked 2 and 3 3 was fake though i still liked it and in 2 andy was soooo cute and I like it i dont like bride and seed WHY DO THEY CALL IT SEED OF CHUCKY anyway.

  • Yeah, Andy was an adorable kid---they called it Seed of Chucky because it was about his son ( a tackier way to refer to a child is your "seed")

  • oh rofl i thought it meant like he killed a sunflower seed LOLLOLOLLOLLOLOL and didnt his son exist in 3?

  • hee hee no, actually they showed the baby being born at the VERY end of part 4 ( Bride of Chucky)

  • Realy? I thought he was in the 3rd one. Lol I never saw the last 2 cause im so young (9)

  • Nope, we didn't see his son till number 4. If you want to get scared, don't bother with the last two.

  • Uhh Okay? I saw the 2nd when i was like 3 and the third a few monthes ago and the 1st like when i was 4 lol my sisters torchered me cause i was afraid they would pause the chucky then tell me to come out and i would cry lol!

  • ha ha that's cruel of them

  • yeah lmao. I dont care though.:]

  • oh yeah i thought that no. 2 is the best chucky movie ever

  • this was the only good child's play movie, the other ones are just stupid.

  • They drifted away from the horror element. They tried to get comical---real horror fans don't want that. The guy who did the original is redoing the first and he said he wants to make sure it is scary.

  • oh i knew that but i always thought all of the child's play movies were stupid except for this one.

  • Have you seen Dolls, Dolly Dearest, and Dead Silence? I think Dead Silence is very scary! And they should do Child's Play 5: The Teletubbies! They are creeeepy!

  • Yeah, I saw Dolls and it really got to me---but I thought the movie was really cruel, that's the only thing I didn't like. The humans never had a chance. I have seen the cover of Dolly Dearest and she looks awful, I'm not sure I can handle it. Teletubbies ha ha---yeah, they are creepy, I admit. They are doing a remake of Chucky because the original director is upset that the movies went in the comedy direction. He wanted them to be scary.

  • You just said The Exorcist is not scary. You think the Ring and the Grudge are scarier than the Exoricst? You are nuts!

  • that isn't the full scene

  • Yeah---I'm just too lazy to put the rest. Maybe someday.

  • dude you think the grudge is scary? lol

i watched that when i was 10 im thirteen now i fell asleep watching the ring Saw 1-4 kiks the shit out them even though Saw aint scary...... lol the the only movie that is scary is (nothing!!) Grow some balls grudge sucks the ring does too...

  • It just depends on what gets to you, I guess. Some people are scared of sharks and some people actually dive in the ocean and swim with them. I've been scared of dolls since I was a kid. And I love Breaking Benjamin, by the way.

  • Dude im nine. The only thing that scares me is dolls. i can watch freddy jason saw pennywise w/o getting scared.

  • you need to go ahead and settle down. haha.... (giggles) You think The Grudge is scary? :P

  • dude....slaser are scary your just being a jackass u know chucky freddy even jason have some scary movie your acking like your right dude it just a video so just shut up ok

  • LOL Alrighty then.

  • i dont really think this movie is scary,im 11

  • the first movie had a scary soundtrack

  • Yep.

  • it was funny when he said hi im chucky wanna play

  • I agree---but the woman in the video didn't think it was very funny ;)

  • the first movie had a scary soundtrack

  • Believe it or not, I can't even remember much of the music in this---and I usually notice that. I actually bought the soundtrack to The Good Son because the music was good and I liked the music in Hand That Rocks the Cradle. I think I was so blown away and horrified by the doll that I didn't notice the music.

  • nice :P

  • How i wish i was born in the 80s

  • We had some stuff that's better off forgotten---but we had some pretty great stuff, too.

  • How old are you?

  • 37 years

  • errr...let me see. errr...your born in 1971. Good for you.

  • Well, I don't know if it's good. I'm not too happy about being 37 years old.:(

  • why?

  • WAS UP!!!!

  • Hey! Who this be?

  • My god if any dolls did that to me like talk and didn't have baterries i would just die of a heart attack!

  • ha ha yeah, I know, me too---I think there are some things that the human mind would not be able to handle and THAT is one of them

  • I have seen parts of Bride of Chucky and Seed of Chucky, but I need to watch the whole series

The thing with me is that horror movies don't scare me, it's when they jump out that gets me, I always jump, oh and they are remaking a lot of horror movies such as Friday the 13th, and Nightmare on Elm street

  • Oh, you definitely need to see the first one. It is tons better than the others.

  • Yep, I am going to add it to my list of Horror movies I need to see

  • "Batteries included" Those were the good old days of the eighties were the U.S. was at the top of its economic power and the overhead allowed for extras like this. When was the last product you bought that came with batteries included?

Today Chucky would be a Chinese product and kill your children by lead poisoning.

  • LOL!! Good call, man. Very, very true.

  • "HI I'M CHUCKY WANNA PLAY!" haha classic!

  • ha ha yep

  • at that part where she found out that the doll needed batteries to operate if I was her I would have gotten the hell out of there.

  • Me, too!

  • I know! BAD ACTING what sane person would STAY?? She wanted to go out on a date with Chucky! She wanted him to be real maybe...

  • Are you drunk?

  • Are you stoned?
