I was planning on adding 2lbs every 2 week to a month depending on how my body responds! I'm also doing this to prepare my body for the army as well! I was also hoping to reach 40lbs on the weighted vest by the end of summer!

Awesome Kane, man you are strong, with weights and bodyweight training, i really think you'll be interested in getting this ebook called, Convict Conditioning 2, it's by a former prison inmate, in the ebook, there's so much info, it's really good....Also in there he shows how to do the Flag or the Clutch Flag, i'm going to try to work the laterall chain, by doing the clutch flag.....eh, can you do the Flag, i wouldn't be surprised that you can, but if not, i know you'll like the challenge...
is there knee pain or problems associated with this exercise?
