  • @psychologyislam I take it you wear steel toe capped boots to the gym then? do you think running trainers will offer any protection what so ever? 'five fingers' are great gym shoes.

    With 6kg dumbell i did 3 sets and 10 reps, one problem is I find myself holding onto my toes throughout the whole exercise with my leg straight and my sartorius hurts really bad, any tips?

  • Hey Timbawolf, I know this is not related to the video, but I couldn't find a way to message you, so I'll just put it here! I was wondering if you guys know if there is any serious risk for injury if I started wearing a weighted vest all the time? I was planning on adding 2lbs every 2 week to a month depending on how my body responds! I'm also doing this to prepare my body for the army as well! I was also hoping to reach 40lbs on the weighted vest by the end of summer!

  • i can do 8 without weights on either leg, first time i tried too, but its probably from plyo with basketball

  • the hardest part about pistols is to remain a good form. My ishios are so unflexible which makes my pistols look a bit stupid.So, i'm gonna work on my flexibility now =)

  • Timbah, I can do pistols quite easily but I lack a lot of balance after injuring my ankle quite badly - three times in a row. Can you suggest any exercises to use in conjunction with this to help improve ankle strength and stability?

  • Awesome Kane, man you are strong, with weights and bodyweight training, i really think you'll be interested in getting this ebook called, Convict Conditioning 2, it's by a former prison inmate, in the ebook, there's so much info, it's really good....Also in there he shows how to do the Flag or the Clutch Flag, i'm going to try to work the laterall chain, by doing the clutch flag.....eh, can you do the Flag, i wouldn't be surprised that you can, but if not, i know you'll like the challenge...
