Well, not quite. But it's just as easily said that any one can dance in general. It's partially true. Anyone can dance, it's just not easy as it looks. And just because someone can do it, doesn't mean they're good at it either. Try it. It's not just waving your arms with a kick. You've got to coordinate your body & your legs while maintaining good posture so you can get enough bounce in your movements. It works out your whole body if you do it right.
